This event was created to raise money to fill the empty lunch accounts in the Ankeny Community School District. When Barb Wiedenman learned that students were going without lunch because their lunch account was empty, she knew she needed to do something! Barb reached out to local restaurants in Ankeny and asked them to donate a portion of their one day proceeds to Wiedenman Family Foundation which in turns donates funds to the Ankeny Community School District to help Fill the Fund!  A great event the entire community has supported!
